MyPlaybook is operated by MyPlaybook ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service is available at myplaybook.life.

MyPlaybook is an AI-powered research tool that analyzes founder stories and generates personalized business playbooks. The Service:

• Researches publicly available founder interviews, podcasts, blog posts, and other content
• Uses artificial intelligence to extract patterns and insights
• Generates customized playbooks based on your business description and goals
• Provides downloadable reports in web and PDF formats

3. Purchases and Payment

Playbooks are available for a one-time payment of $29.99 USD per playbook. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect playbooks already purchased.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit playbooks without authorization
• Submit false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by MyPlaybook and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the information you submit (business descriptions, questions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

Generated Playbooks: Once purchased, you receive a license to use your generated playbook for personal and internal business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the playbook content.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service provides general information and should not be considered professional business, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on playbook content. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for specific business decisions.

8. Third-Party Content

Playbooks may reference or link to third-party content (YouTube videos, blog posts, podcasts, etc.). We do not control or endorse this content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Third-party content is subject to its own terms and licenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific playbook in question

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPlaybook, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
